Being born and raised in Washington, now with my own 3 daughters as well, we naturally love to spend our spare time outdoors. In the spring and summer you can find us exploring the beautiful PNW - hiking, swimming, or even rockhounding! When our typical PNW weather makes that difficult though, we get creative instead. We love to paint, make resin art, do yoga, play board games, throw a dance party or cozy up with snacks for a family movie night. We are a spiritually diverse, neurodivergent, LBGTQ+ household and welcome everyone with love and compassion.
I decided to begin my journey as an LMT at just 18 years old after receiving massage and chiropractic care for my own scoliosis, which greatly improved my symptoms and quality of life. In 2009 I attended Everest College (formerly Ashmead), and received a one of a kind education in therapeutic massage and spa therapies. With over 13 years of experience, and an additional cosmetology license, I have developed my own unique approach to holistic care. Through integrating hair/skincare with my bodywork, I provide an all encompassing self-care experience. I truly believe in the chaos of today we forget to love and care for ourselves so it is my goal to teach the importance of self-care. One of my favorite sayings, “You cannot pour from an empty cup.”
