Policies and Guidelines
Cancellations and No-Shows
A strict 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a 100% service charge.
For no-shows, your card will be automatically charged 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time.
If you arrive visibly ill, you will be sent home, and this will be considered a late cancellation. Please be mindful of others' health.
Insurance Billing
It is your responsibility to track your insurance benefits, referrals, and any fees not covered or denied by your insurance company.
A valid referral or prescription must be on file at all times—no exceptions. This ensures compliance and protects both parties in case of disputes with your insurer.
Appropriate Behavior
Massage therapy is a professional, therapeutic practice intended for physical and mental healing.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of your session. The full service fee will be charged, and the incident will be reported to local authorities.
Note: Soliciting sex work is illegal in Washington State. Please treat your healthcare provider with respect.
Before Your Appointment
1. Hydrate:
Proper hydration enhances the benefits of your massage. Frequent restroom use is fine—I have robes for your comfort.
2. Shower:
A warm shower helps relax tight muscles, preparing your body for the session.
Be mindful of personal hygiene, especially if you’ve had a physically demanding day, as we’ll be in a confined space.
Avoid strong fragrances to accommodate allergies or sensitivities.
3. Arrive Early:
Plan to arrive 5 minutes early, use the restroom, and silence your phone to ensure a smooth start to your session.
4. Dress Comfortably:
If you prefer to remain clothed, wear or bring flexible attire, such as basketball shorts, bike shorts, camisoles, or sports bras—particularly for stretch-focused sessions.
Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all.
